While this is a funny post and I enjoy the pictures. You have made quite a terrible mistake yourself. The last picture of the sheep on the rock is not from Switzerland, it’s from Norway. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kjerag It’s called Kjeragbolten and it’s near the famed Pulpit Rock.
Hi Grace! I appreciate your keen eye for details and the correction regarding the sheep! While I am sure that such a scene could happen somewhere in the Swiss alps as well, I am glad that you have set the record straight ;-) Greets, Dimitri
Hey Dimitri,
You’re off-the-wall funny, entertaining, and very interesting, all in one!
Are you sure you’re Swiss?
Let me think, Mark… Yes! I might be one of a kind, but I’m very glad that you have discovered Newly Swissed!
I LOVE this post!! Soooo funny :)
Not all are fails, really. The circus elephants are regularly let into Lake Zurich, only once some elephants escaped to enjoy some other lake.
Good point! The escaping was a FAIL, but I agree that letting the elephants drink from the lake was a nice gesture. As of this year, no more elephants will be touring with KNIE, so this is a thing of the past. ^Dimitri
