Vegetarian Cooking Class at Hiltl (Zürich)

Hiltl is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world. At the same time, they are one of the most innovative restaurants in Switzerland. Their cooking studio is located above the popular flagship restaurant in the heart of Zürich. We have won a class at Hiltl Akademie a few years ago and really enjoyed the experience.

Vegetarian cooking classes at Hiltl Akademie

Included in the course fee is an apéro, lots of valuable instructions and tips on how to store food to keep it fresh. The cooking studios offer individual preparation stations, so each participant will get plenty of hands-on experience while chopping, boiling or sautéing a delicious meal.

The evening culminates with a tour of the Hiltl kitchen, followed by a dinner featuring your own creations. At the end of the night, you will get a goodie bag with recipes to take home. And if you get as lucky as us, the charming chefs will even slip a tupperware of leftovers in…
