The contest, which takes place in one stage, is published on the website of Newly Swissed GmbH (The Organizer), and is promoted via Social Media. A jury consisting of The Organizer and of Ticino Tourism (The Sponsor) will decide on one winner among the participants who have entered with a selfie video and have submitted the confirmation form. The Organizer informs the winner via email and phone within 7 days of the deadline indicated in the contest. The winner must confirm the win by email within 3 days of notification. If this does not occur, the jury reserves the right to select a new winner. Prizes are indicated in the contest and are not interchangeable nor transmissible. Cash payments and legal proceedings are excluded. The responsibility for any possible taxation of the winnings lies with the winner himself.
Conditions of participation
Participants are admitted to the competition if they are at least 18 years old and have a permanent residency in Switzerland. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data. In case of incorrect, missing, or incomplete data, the right to win is revoked. Newly Swissed GmbH is The Organizer responsible for the casting, consequently referred as “The Organizer”. Participation in this casting is not tied to any kind of cost or purchase of goods or services. Participants need to have an internet connection. It is forbidden to use different email addresses and participate more than once in order to increase the odds of winning. This casting has no link with any Social Media platform and is not sponsored nor organized by either Facebook nor Instagram. The recipient of the data sent by the participants is not a Social Media platform, but The Organizer. Questions, observations and complaints are to be sent directly to The Organizer. Collaborators and partners of The Organizer, just like the persons responsible of the management of the casting and their relatives, are excluded from participation. The Organizer does not take any responsibility regarding technical problems or of any other kind.
Data protection
Data provided by the participant (name, email address, phone number, etc.) will not be saved nor used for marketing purposes. The winner will be contacted via email and phone. By participating in the contest the participant accepts these conditions of participation. In the case of a transgression of the conditions of participation or an attempt to manipulate the contest, The Organizer reserves the right to exclude transgressors from the contest. In this case the winnings will be cancelled, and The Organizer will demand the restitution of the prize.
Final decisions
The applicable law is the law of the Swiss Confederation. Legal actions are excluded.
