DESCRIPTION:Here’s a refreshing dinner event which we can highly recommend: Dinner for One. \nThe twist is that the organizers will only accept individual reservations. If you thought this is some kind of singles’ mixer\, you thought wrong. The idea is that nobody knows one another\, but all the guests share their love for food. \n \nThe team of Christine Syrad\, Daniel Hitz\, Laura Schälchli and Désirée Schraag will serve four freshly prepared courses – all based on local\, seasonal and organic ingredients. \n \nI counted myself as one of the lucky guest at the sold out event in December 2016. When I arrived\, there were already lively discussions going on (in English). We will taste typical sausages from Romandie with their specific recipes (fennel or cumin seeds) or particular methods of production (drying or smoking).
