DESCRIPTION:At the source of sustainable food\, the organizers of “Farm Table” are eager to serve a tavolata. \nThe meals will be prepared in the outdoor kitchen\, using as many ingredients from the farm as possible. The organizers’ mission is to reconnect a dinner experience with the source of food and honor local producers who care about this tradition. \nArriving guests will be welcomed with a beverage and appetizers. Afterwards\, there will be an introductory talk and a guided tour of the farm. The tour will end at the table where guests get to enjoy a meal composed by the chef. \nDinner will be served “tavolata” style and is included in the 75 franc flat fee.
