DESCRIPTION:The vibrant Merian Garten in Basel will host a special culinary event presented by Steinbeisser. \nRenowned chef\, Yoji Tokuyoshi\, will take over the second edition of Experimental Gastronomy. Tokuyoshi-san owns his own restaurant in Italy\, Ristorante Tokuyoshi. He has had a Michelin star since 2015. \nThe event will consist of an all plant-based tasting menu with ten artists that will present their unique cutlery and tableware.
