DESCRIPTION:Every summer for more than 30 years\, an outdoor theater at Zürichhorn has been screening movies under the open sky. \nA couple of years ago\, I had the chance to watch “Tulip Fever” as a premiere and it was nothing but perfect. The lovely summer breeze and the beautiful lake were just the right setting to enjoy a great movie. And not just the atmosphere\, but the booths on the event grounds are fun. The Zürich Casino was handing out Nintendo like Gameboys for participants\, and we received free refills on Ben and Jerry’s ice cream! In my opinion\, the Allianz Outdoor Cinema in Zürich is something you do not want to miss out on. \nShowing more than 50’000 films over all these years is quite a record! And in 2019 alone\, there will be more than 30 Blockbusters\, Arthouse films and special screenings. Now sponsored by Allianz\, the outdoor cinema is coming back to the lakeside location this summer. Expect a great line-up of blockbusters\, limited previews and art house films. \nThe box office as well as doors to the cinema grounds open daily at 7:00 PM. Tickets are available online on starticket.ch and at all Starticket ticket agencies. A limited number of tickets are available every day from 7:00 PM at the box office\, but it is worth reserving upfront. \nMore information
