Allianz Outdoor Cinema in Basel

Every summer for 25 years, Basel has been host to a popular outdoor theater.
The sheer number of more than 40’000 films screened over all these years is quite amazing! Now sponsored by Allianz, the outdoor cinema is coming to Münsterplatz this summer. Expect a great line-up of blockbusters, limited previews and art house films.
The box office as well as doors to the cinema grounds open daily at 7:00 PM. Tickets will be available online, on starticket.ch and at all Starticket ticket agencies from Friday, July 6, at 12:30 PM. A limited number of tickets are available every day from 7:00 PM at the box office, but it sure pays to RSVP upfront. Thanks to the support of the Swisslos Fonds Basel-Stadt, students and apprentices pay only 5 francs for reprisals and 10 francs for pre-premieres.
