What happens at the intersection of fusion cuisine and mental magic?
We are about to find out at the one-night-only “Secret Eat Adventure” in Basel! The organizers promise a memorable night inspired by Chef André Jaeger who has been awarded no less than 19 Gault-Millau points during his career. Often touted as a pioneer of fusion kitchen in Switzerland, we are curious what Jaeger has come up with this time around!
The kitchen chef at NOOHN, Nico Heise, will prepare several courses of European/Asian fusion dishes for the lucky among us who RSVP’ed in time.
And if the gourmet experience were not enough, there will also be another master guiding us through the evening: magic artist, mentalist and illusionist Daniel Kalman. This celebrity is going to entertain, confuse and all together mesmerize us… We cannot wait for it because we love magic!
