Every spring, Morges hosts the Tulip Festival at the beautiful Parc de l'Indépendance on the shores of Lake Geneva.
What a colorful bliss! This month long festival is free to the public, which is why it is eagerly awaited by thousands... And 2020 will be no exception: for the 50th anniversary, mre than 120'000 tulips of 300 varieties will brighten up your day. Since some of the tulip varieties are hasty while others are late, the flowering period is several weeks long.
In addition to the flower park, a variety of entertainment is going on during weekends: From the ceramics market to Japanese ikebana demonstrations, there is something for every taste. Our tip: Follow the blooming progress on the official website.
