The highly anticipated third season of David Lynch’s influential TV series Twin Peaks has just come to an end, leaving a hollow pit in fans’ hearts after a mind-blowing and stubbornly Lynchian finale.
Thankfully, Xenix, an arthouse cinema in Zurich’s Kreis 4, is helping fill the void by dedicating their September program to Lynch’s body of cinematic work. Classics such as his black and white feature film debut Eraserhead, the surreal and endlessly fascinating Mulholland Drive (voted by the BBC as the best film of the 21st century), and the 1992 prequel to Twin Peaks, Fire Walk With Me are just some of the Lynch films screening at Xenix this month.
All films will be played in English with German subtitles. Do not miss out on the chance to see a Lynch film on the big screen and really immerse yourself in the weird and wonderful worlds he creates!
