It’s summer of 1963 in the Catskill resort, New York. Young Frances Baby Houseman is bored to death, until her hungry eyes meet the hotel’s dance instructor, Johnny Castle… There is no stopping her as she is having the time of her life!
This stage adaptation of DIRTY DANCING, one of the most exciting dance movies of all times, is now coming to Switzerland for the first time. The beauty about Theater 11 in Oerlikon is that almost every seat provides a perfect view of the stage. And if you can catch a seat in the center section, you will surely be drawn in as the dancers perform their hot dance moves!
Be prepared for more than two hours of mambo, merengue and Cuban rhythms as this epic love story unfolds on the stage! While the script is in German, songs will be in German and English.
