At the source of sustainable food, the organizers of “Farm Table” are eager to serve a tavolata.
The meals will be prepared in the outdoor kitchen, using as many ingredients from the farm as possible. The organizers’ mission is to reconnect a dinner experience with the source of food and honor local producers who care about this tradition.
Arriving guests will be welcomed with a beverage and appetizers. Afterwards, there will be an introductory talk and a guided tour of the farm. The tour will end at the table where guests get to enjoy a meal composed by the chef.
Dinner will be served “tavolata” style and is included in the 75 franc flat fee. Wine may be ordered on site and is extra, so make sure to bring some cash depending on your drinking assets…
