The Ladies Brunch & Fitness event will once again be hosted by Girlfriend Guide!
We’re starting Sunday morning with a power-charged 60 minute workout, followed by cooking and enjoying brunch together. We will also be hearing from highly trained nutritionists and fitness experts on healthy eating tips geared towards women’s nutrition.
