Sobre Mesa is collaborating this time with chef Margaretha Jüngling. She will cook a menu with flavors and methods she picked up during her travels around the world – from Mexican chillis, Israeli zataar, Vietnamese fish sauce to our beloved Gruyere.
Patch Food will happen in Zürich nightly from Thursday, April 27, to Saturday, April 29, at KunstKantine on Lessingstrasse 13.
