Pink Martini “Souvenir Tour” (Zürich)

“Je ne veux pas travailler” means as much as “I don’t feel like working.”

On October 11, the only ones who will be working are the ten members of Pink Martini, a popular orchestra based in Portland, Oregon. Their music “crosses genres such as classical, Latin, jazz and classic pop,” according to Wikipedia.

The location they have picked for their 2016 tour? The stage in the beautiful atmosphere of the Kaufleuten concert hall in Zürich. Given the name of the show, we can expect lots of classics such as “Dream a little dream” or “Kuroneko no tango”…

Those lucky enough to have been to a concert before have said that Pink Martini must be experienced live. The band seems to visibly enjoy every performance, and we heard that audience participation is a big thing, too. These are enough reasons for us to RSVP tickets ASAP…
