The vibrant Merian Garten in Basel will host a special culinary event presented by Steinbeisser.
Renowned chef, Yoji Tokuyoshi, will take over the second edition of Experimental Gastronomy. Tokuyoshi-san owns his own restaurant in Italy, Ristorante Tokuyoshi. He has had a Michelin star since 2015.
The event will consist of an all plant-based tasting menu with ten artists that will present their unique cutlery and tableware. The dinner will start at 7 PM, and the setting will be in the green house where guests will be able to see the sky through the glass roof!
Details and reservation
Price: 6 course tasting menu with wine or juice pairing for 275 francs.
Dates: Wed, Sept 19 and Thu, Sept 20, 2018, at 7 PM.
