A traditional view of our country explains that the “North” is attached to a beer-making tradition, while the “South” is bathed in the wine civilization. A favorite among the Romands is the coup de blanc. Fun fact: Of the 15 hectares of Swiss vineyards, three quarters are in Romandie.
