Back in 1926, a Chicago coach admitted the best basketball players to his team – regardless of their skin color: The Savoy Five were born.
Today, the team better known as the Harlem Globetrotters has performed more than 20’000 games on six continents. Their 90th anniversary tour is set to stop in Zürich where they will mesmerize fans of all ages. I have never seen the Globies before, so I am super excited that they are bringing their game to Switzerland.
For the Harlem Globetrotters, one of the keys to success over the decades has been their spectacular game play. And thanks to a blend of ball skills, showmanship, comedy and lots of persistence, they were able to carve out their own genre of entertainment. During the game, except crowd interactions and one or two mishaps…
So Zürich, are you ready for the Harlem Globetrotters and their cool basketball tricks? This show is a slam dunk, so get your tickets now!
