For the last time this October, the Bauschänzli in Zürich will turn into the ultimate Oktoberfest beer garden.
From next year, a new restaurant concept will take hold and if we are lucky, there will still be a sort of beer garden in 2019. This tradition is enjoyed by some 40’000 beer lovers every year, and you could be one of them for the final edition… The typical Oktoberfest tent in blue and white Bavarian colors is open daily from 11 AM. So technically, you could go there, enjoy their daily lunch menu and practice your German. O’zapft is!
Watch the Bavarian waitresses as they haul up to 10 liters of beer – just like they would in Munich. Or simply lean back with a Mass and soak in the party music from the Oktoberfestkapelle.
Mo – Fr 11 AM – 11 PM
Sa 11 AM – 4 PM, 5 – 11 PM
Su 11 AM – 5:30 PM
